Dressing up

I never thought I'd be able to wear anything aside from A-line...

Celebrating with a selfie of a little black dress bargain I found last night. It's the opposite of my usual clothes which is usually business in front and party at the back... This one is party in front and business at the back. 

Got this at Forever21 at 40% off so I just paid 870 and it's buy one take one... I just picked a random shirt which I'll probably give away for Christmas. 

I can't even buy anything that's not on sale anymore. I guess it's a sign of getting old. 

Also got this sweet letter this weekend...

I love Tita Tess... I miss her and I miss California. Including this in the post because she also got me a dress from our favorite $16 dress store at Manhattan Beach. I am not posting a photo of the dress because I haven't figured out how to wear it yet.

Yesterday, I was my parents' driver so I drove them to Rockwell because my dad had a meeting at Bel-Air.  

I was with my mom and Celine while my dad was having a meeting... I realized how much I don't really like shopping at Rockwell coz everything is just on the high-end side. 

Thankfully, I got something on a bargain which is a Tokidoki shirt at Anthem that I can wear for my dressed down days or for going to production.

Here they are! I'm wearing them with my super used pants and just flip flops today.  So cute right? The fabric is thin so it's just perfect for the Philippine climate. Original price was 3,500 and I got it for 925. 

I got a Harajuku Lovers tote bag as well.. It's pretty huge.

I like how I can put like tons of stuff inside... and I got it at 1400+ but the original price was 4000. I sort of couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the reductions on the stuff I got.  Got both from Anthem.. 

Seems like I'll be using them for a long time.  So yeah, I don't hate Rockwell as much as before. He was kind to me yesterday. haha

I've always thought I'm a not so good accessorizer.. so I got these cute feminine stuff from forever21...

And so.. i've been mint and tiffany blue obsessed lately... I love how shops are focusing on pastel hues nowadays... they're so feminine and lovely..

So i tried these trousers from forever21 but they didn't have a great fit...

but i tried these ones from zara and they're pretty good.

what was more amazing is that i've shrunk 2 pant sizes.

isn't that amazing!?

So even if these trousers were expensive.. i still got it to celebrate such a cool feat in my weight loss

wardrobe change

4am wake up call to be in the manufacturing facility at 6am...

I like waking up early when i have an early night the night before...

I tried on my jeans I haven't worn in 4 months.. It used to be a good fit, almost skinny... and now it's baggy.

I'm amazed.

I've been giving away clothes to make way for better fitting ones... I guess weight loss really comes with a hefty price tag... I ain't complaining...


It's pretty amazing that I get to buy clothes from places I don't normally shop at... I am happy about the results of all the skimpin on food and exercising.


Okay... I must now work my way to the South...

I went to Carlos Celdran's Walk This Way Tour today...

That's where I went..

I think all Filipinos, especially the ones overseas should go take part of this tour because it explains a lot how we became the Filipinos that we are today... Centuries of brainwashing, conditioning and misguided leadership.
