woke up and said my thanksgiving prayers...
then proceeded to my workout as i only had 6am-7am to prepare for a 9am meeting in Taguid (considering the travel time).
Friday
50 jumping jacks
5 pushups
50 crunches
30 bicycle crunches
4 sets 180 degree squats
I tried doing burpees last night.. to difficult for now... I cant do a decent push up...
Will be working on that.
