capers

I feel like I've outdone myself tonight.

I had white fish so I was thinking of making some sort of Mediterranean thing with capers and tomatoes..

But laziness got the best of me.

So I saw this bottle of pesto lying around so I just slathered it all over the top of the fish, then I put pepper, garlic and a bit of capers.




Dang... It was so good. Although the capers made it slightly salty so I don't know if it's still healthy.

I also made sauteed cabbage by sauteing it with garlic, olive oil, pepper and liquid aminos.


Liquid aminos and garlic are my bestfriends.
