foodie

Day 9 of my diet.

I think I can do this. I did Zumba tonight with the limited calories I have in my body. There were times when I wanted to just stop... But I didn't... And I didn't faint. It's a good sign. I think my body's getting used to my 1200cal/day thing.

This is tonight's dinner. Something I realized since salt isn't really a good/allowed option for me... capers is a good idea to adding some sort of saltiness into my food but still be considered a veg.


I'm really gonna start on looking for recipes I can do aside from the ones I have tasted through my diet program.

I shall make this a success.

My whole body hurts coz Kristy was intense tonight with her moves .... But I love the pain.

God help me.
