I realized how much I miss making taro nuggets and taro burgers.. I think the last time I made some was like a year and a half-two years ago...

So I made a batch tonight.. A batch of nuggets. I tweaked it a bit incorporating some new knowledge about health and stuff that I've acquired in the last few months...
I actually used to use these ingredients:
-taro
-onion
-garlic
-cornstarch
-egg
-cheese
-salt
-pepper
-korean red pepper paste
-tempura breading
but tonight i made a healthy-ish version.. with just the following ingredients:
-taro
-onion
-garlic
-carrot
-parsley
-pepper
-liquid aminos
-oat bran
Let's see tomorrow how it'll turn out. I have high hopes for this vegan version.
