Thursday

10 kneeling pushups
10 tricep dips
50 crunches
30 bicycle crunches
25 squats
20 lunges on each leg
60 sec awesome legs
80 jumping jacks
60 sec wall sit
30 sec plank

The 30 sec plank has become bearable.. will probably move to 40 sec...
